Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We are a source manufacturer. We own and operate our own production lines and quality control processes. You are working directly with the factory, not a middleman.

A: We manufacture high-performance materials such as PLA, PLA+, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, nylon, carbon fiber-reinforced materials, and specialty engineering plastics. We primarily offer 1.75 mm diameter filaments, but other diameters can be customized upon request.

A: Yes. We can produce filaments bearing your brand logo, including custom spool designs, packaging, logo printing, barcode labeling, and instruction manuals. The minimum order quantity for neutral-label orders is determined by your SKU purchase list.

A: Yes. Our in-house R&D team supports Pantone and RAL color matching, functional formula modification, and custom material development. Approval samples are typically ready within 3–5 business days. All ODM projects are NDA protected.

A: MOQ depends on product type and customization level. For standard products, MOQ can start as low as 100 rolls. For fully customized OEM packaging, MOQ is typically 500–1,000 units. We also offer flexible tiered pricing for larger volumes.

A: We use laser diameter monitoring across all production lines to maintain tight tolerance control. Every batch goes through inspection before packaging. We use virgin raw materials and maintain full batch traceability for all orders.

A: For standard orders, lead time is approximately 15–25 business days from order confirmation to shipment, depending on quantity and customization requirements.

A: We support EXW, FOB. We can assist with logistics booking and customs documentation for smooth delivery to your destination.
