At SSSray Filament, we are committed to delivering consistent product quality and maintaining long-term, reliable partnerships with our B2B customers.
Due to the industrial and customized nature of 3D printing filaments, this Return & Refund Policy outlines clear and fair guidelines for handling claims, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding in our cooperation.

1. General Policy

As a B2B supplier, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a verified quality issue or non-conformity with agreed specifications.

2. Inspection Requirement

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods within 7–14 days after receipt.

Any claims must be submitted in writing within this period and supported by clear evidence (such as photos or videos).
Failure to notify within this timeframe shall be deemed as acceptance of the goods.

Claims may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Confirmed manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect products or specifications delivered

  • Significant deviation from approved samples or agreed specifications

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or market conditions

  • Improper storage (e.g., moisture exposure)

  • Incorrect printing parameters or machine settings

  • Normal industry tolerances (e.g., slight color variation)

  • Damage caused during transportation (if risk has transferred under agreed Incoterms)

5. Resolution Options

For verified claims, SSSray Filament may, at its discretion:

  • Replace defective products

  • Provide a partial refund

  • Offer credit toward future orders

6. OEM / Custom Orders

All OEM or private label products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

7. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

If a return is approved, responsibilities for shipping costs will be determined based on the nature of the issue and mutual agreement between both parties.
